Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the Director, Client Relationship in managing a book of business within the fund management sector. You will facilitate client meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Finance and Compliance teams to ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to travel as needed across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Experience in client relationship management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Director in managing client relationships and account activities.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports and board materials.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams; maintain compliance calendars.
• Respond to client requests and ensure timely processing of invoices.
