Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Client Relations Executive to retain and grow the customer relationship across our janitorial and facilities services. You will work with the customer and operations teams to ensure long-term success through quality service and strategic account management.

The role involves traveling 50-70% of the time, leading quarterly business reviews, developing client strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of sales and operations experience in janitorial or facilities industry.
• Business level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Leadership skills to drive teams toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Target, discover, qualify, verify, present and validate additional business opportunities.
• Develop and implement quarterly business reviews and retention strategies.
• Lead transitions of new/additional business with operations leadership.
• Maintain high-touch relationships with key client individuals.
• Develop strategy maps for strategic clients and broaden service offerings.
• Manage negotiations to achieve profit objectives and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
• Develop vertical markets with additional service offerings.
