Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Client Relations Executive to retain and grow the customer relationship across our janitorial and facilities services in Tampa, FL.

The role requires 5+ years of sales and operations experience, strong English communication, and the ability to travel 50-70% for client meetings and reviews. You will partner with operations to deliver excellent service and expand strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of sales and operations experience in the janitorial or facilities industry.
• Business level oral and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent customer service skills; active listening skills.
• Experience Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Leadership skills; ability to drive teams toward achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Target, discover, qualifying, verify, present and validate additional business opportunities.
• Develop and implement quarterly business reviews and retention strategy.
• Lead the transition of new/additional business; provide guidance to and partner with operational leaders.
• High touch with key individuals with the client.
• Develop strategy map for all strategic clients.
• Develop, strengthen, and maintain client relationships.
• Use consultative approach for solutions.
• Prepare and present client solutions.
• Manage negotiations to achieve profit objectives.
• Maintain Salesforce and adequate pipeline to reach goals.
• Develop vertical markets with additional service offerings to clients.
