You will participate in management discussions, analyze options, capture requirements, manage client relationships, and oversee consultant lifecycles.

Qualifikationen

• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience, including exposure to management-level discussions.

• Participate in management meetings and strategic discussions, contributing informed perspectives on people, clients, and operations.
• Analyze situations, evaluate options and risks, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
• Translate management decisions into actionable plans and follow up to ensure timely execution.
• Identify recurring issues and emerging trends across clients and consultants, and raise them proactively.
• Stay alert to signals from consultants and employees about potential new business or additional requirements with any client manager.
• Proactively reach out to client managers to understand needs, scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Capture requirements clearly and bring them back to the organization for action.
• Follow up on opportunities, keep stakeholders informed, and help convert leads into engagements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling communication and coordination with professionalism and care.
• Understand client expectations, resolve concerns promptly, and escalate matters when needed.
• Bring client feedback into leadership discussions to inform business decisions.
• Be an approachable point of contact for employees and consultants on queries and escalations.
• Resolve issues fairly and promptly, using sound judgment and sensitivity.
• Spot patterns in concerns and feedback, and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end consultant onboarding and offboarding for a smooth experience.
• Ensure all documentation, including agreements and records, is complete and compliant.
• Continuously improve processes where gaps or delays appear.
• Help define, review, and refine internal policies and procedures so they remain practical and current.
• Coordinate compliance activities and ensure obligations are met.
• Maintain documentation standards and advise management on policy implications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep operations aligned with priorities.
