Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is seeking a Client Experience Senior Consultant to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and strengthen client relationships.

You will translate client feedback and data into actionable strategies, coach teams, and help deploy automation to improve efficiency. The role requires 4+ years of related experience, strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills, and willingness to travel up to 10% in a hybrid environment in Fairfield, IA or Phoenix,

Qualifications

• Four or more years of related experience.
• Experience leading projects across teams without direct supervision.
• Strong relationship-building, listening, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Preferred certifications: Cambridge Client Service Excellence (Platinum), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
