Job summary

AAA Intergalactic Investments Group (AAA INTERGALACTIC) is seeking a Client Relations Manager to build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction with our services.

You will collaborate with sales, engineers, and management to address client needs, set targets, and help upsell services while ensuring adherence to contracts. A customer‑oriented, communicative professional with KPI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).
• Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
• Customer-oriented attitude; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with a team and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key employees among customers.
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs.
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalated issues.
• Help the sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms by company and clients.
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
• Set sales and revenue targets and work to meet them.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs.
