Job summary

Wildfire Defense Systems, Inc. is seeking a Client Project Manager II in the Professional Services Division to lead primary client liaison activities, ensure high client satisfaction, and drive long-term account growth through strategic collaboration with internal teams.

You will manage client onboarding, monitor milestones and budgets, prepare presentations and performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver solutions on time while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a professional product or service industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in client and project management.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Five years of client relations and/or customer service experience.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Interactions and Deliverables: primary point of contact for clients, deliverables, and growth opportunities.
• Internal Communications: collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders; review internal reporting.
• Program Management Support: manage programs to contracted scope and margins; onboarding and renewals; maintain records in Salesforce.
• Project Management: develop project plans, define scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets; drive ownership and process improvements.
