Job summary

Frontline Wildfire Defense is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end installation of wildfire defense systems. You will ensure high-quality execution, maintain budget, manage timelines, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, strong knowledge of residential construction and fire safety regulations, and the ability to lead field and office teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in residential or fire protection systems.
• Strong understanding of residential permitting and fire safety regulations.
• Experience managing contractors, architects, and local inspectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all system installations, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Develop efficient processes for supply chain, inventory, job costing, and installation workflows.
• Oversee procurement, tracking, and inventory management to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with inspectors, building officials, and fire departments for regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, contractors, architects, and builders.
