Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing or another related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years in a professional product or service industry.
• Experience in managing B2B clients in professional consulting services, insurance and/or financial industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and CRM software.
• Proven history of managing projects for external clients while meeting revenue and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and Wildfire Defense Systems; ensure high client satisfaction and account growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs; present metrics and performance data.
• Manage client onboarding, including setup and integration of new products or services; conduct business reviews.
• Maintain records of client interactions and billing in Salesforce; oversee renewals and compliance with terms.
• Develop project plans with scope, timeline and budget; own project success and continuous improvement.
