Frontline Wildfire Defense is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end installation of wildfire defense systems across California. You will ensure quality, budget, and timelines while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, strong knowledge of residential permitting and fire safety regs, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential or fire protection systems.
• Strong understanding of residential construction, permitting, and fire safety regulations.
• Experience managing contractors, architects, and local inspectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all system installations, on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop efficient processes for supply chain, inventory, job costing, and installation.
• Oversee material procurement and tracking, ensuring timely deliveries and proper inventory management.
• Work with inspectors, officials, and fire departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, contractors, architects, and builders; ensure smooth communication.
• Recruit, train, and manage installation teams; foster a collaborative culture.
