Job summary

Frontline Wildfire Defense seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end installation of wildfire defense systems. You will ensure high-quality execution, budget adherence, and exceptional customer experience in a high-impact role with leadership potential as we scale.

Responsibilities include managing installations, procurement, compliance with regulations, and coordinating with inspectors, customers, and partners across California.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management, preferably residential or fire protection systems.
• Strong understanding of residential permitting and fire safety regulations.
• Experience managing contractors, architects, and local inspectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Slack.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site travel.
• Ability to work remotely and travel across California, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all system installations, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Develop efficient processes for supply chain, inventory management, and job costing.
• Oversee procurement and tracking of materials with timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with inspectors, building officials, and fire departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners, contractors, and architects.
• Provide technical support during installation and maintenance; support sales and site visits.
