Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of professional B2B client management experience.
• Experience serving insurers, financial services, or professional consulting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and Salesforce CRM.
• Proven ability to manage external client projects to revenue targets.
• MBA and PMP certification preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; bilingual in English and French or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, aligning plans with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, and regular business reviews.
• Oversee project plans, milestones and budgets.
• Maintain detailed client records and billing in Salesforce.
