Job summary

Frontline Wildfire Defense is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of wildfire defense system installations across California. You will oversee a growing portfolio of residential projects, drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and mentor project teams in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably residential or fire protection systems.
• 3+ years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proven success delivering projects with complex permitting and inspection requirements.
• Deep understanding of plumbing, fire suppression, or irrigation systems and building codes.
• Strong leadership of cross‑functional teams, subcontractors, and multiple projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication with a focus on quality and customer experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for site travel.
• Ability to work remotely and travel across California, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end construction and installation of Frontline systems from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and resource plans across multiple sites.
• Implement scalable processes, tracking systems, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with engineering and design to refine layouts and field documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
• Standardize safety, permitting, and compliance with fire/building codes.
• Recruit, train and mentor project managers; cultivate a safety‑first culture.
• Collaborate with sales and BD in technical scoping and site assessments.
