CareTria in the United States is seeking a Client Services Program Lead to manage a base of clients and serve as the primary contact for ongoing business. You will work closely with the Account Manager on implementations and ensure day‑to‑day activities align with client goals.

You will ensure PDMA compliance and align actions with SOPs and client rules, coordinating with internal departments to translate client needs into actionable instructions and drive program health.

Competenze

• Two to four years’ experience in customer service or related environment.
• Ability to lead projects with minimal over-site while interacting with stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external teams.

Mansioni

• Serve as liaison between client and internal departments to translate needs into instructions.
• Coordinate with Knipper departments to ensure programs, docs, and setups are complete.
• Execute new and existing programs to completion with quality.
• Review business rules and trackers to identify inaccuracies and gaps.
• Review dashboards, reports and uploads for trends and performance.
• Support leadership in client review presentations.
• Prepare and review work orders with team members.
• Respond to client escalations and escalate as needed.
• Manage change controls, system tickets and scorecards.
• Monitor Sampling activities for regulatory compliance.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, voicemail and email from clients and stakeholders.
• Research and propose resolutions to business and system challenges.
