Job summary

Image Solutions seeks a Client Partnership Manager to act as a strategic partner for our clients, overseeing $5M+ portfolios across multiple locations. You’ll deliver custom uniform and promotional programs, provide data-driven insights, and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining exceptional service and long-term value.

You’ll build deep relationships, anticipate client needs, and lead program execution from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or sales.
• Proven track record in managing strategic client programs and driving growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with established clients as the primary contact for sales and program needs.
• Develop tailored uniform, apparel, and promotional item programs to meet client needs.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize programs and reduce costs for clients.
• Lead on-site visits, quarterly reviews, and seasonal planning with partners.
• Collaborate with design/merchandising to ensure brand alignment and success.
