Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to 10 years of client management experience in the payments industry.
• Strong contract negotiation, account management and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret ROI/P&L to advise clients.
• Proven customer service/relations skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of accounts, ensuring maintenance, growth and profitability.
• Provide strategic direction and manage contract renewals.
• Consult with clients through data analysis and performance presentations.
• Serve as escalation point for internal and external client issues.
• Travel 30-40% for meetings or conferences annually.
• Support hybrid/flexible scheduling with in-office days.
