Job summary

Infosys Consulting in North America seeks a Partner with deep SAP transformation leadership in Manufacturing to lead our growth strategy, define market offerings, and drive go-to-market initiatives across the region.

You will build and coach teams, advance IP and tooling, manage complex client engagements, and partner with industry heads to expand Infosys’ SAP service catalog while maintaining executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership experience with sales/relationship management and deep Manufacturing client experience.
• 10+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience in Manufacturing.
• Proven track record at Partner level leading SAP transformation programs for Manufacturing clients.
• Ability to develop offerings, build teams, sell and deliver technology-driven programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week and reside near USA hub locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Infosys Consulting’s SAP consulting capability for the firm.
• Develop and take to market SAP offerings tailored to Manufacturing (2-3 big bets in year one).
• Build out team, IP and tool set to deliver offerings.
• Create go-to-market plans with industry heads for Manufacturing.
• Oversee delivery of large-scale SAP transformation engagements.
• Drive sales pursuits and manage contract negotiations for opportunities.
