Snap Inc. is seeking a Client Partner to join the global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) team in Santa Monica.

You will build and manage partnerships with brands and agencies to expand their digital presence on Snap, leveraging strong presentation and people skills to handle multiple projects concurrently. You will identify opportunities, secure business, and ensure top-notch sales and operational client service.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
• Manage partnerships to expand Snapchat presence for brands/agencies.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
• Educate clients on Snapchat products and best practices.
• Own the strategic account plan for assigned books of business.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Engage senior stakeholders and secure executive sponsorship.
