Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end - from onboarding to renewal.
• Drive program strategy and engagement planning aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full cadence of client interactions and milestones.
• Communicate with executive-level client contacts clearly and confidently.
• Mentor Associate Client Partners and foster team collaboration.
• Track, report, and translate program data into actionable insights.
