Job summary

Global Prairie is seeking a dynamic Manager to join the Client Partnership team in Kansas City. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, oversee high-quality client deliverables and nurture strategic client relationships while maintaining a focus on impact and innovation.

Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with comfort navigating change and guiding teams toward client success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years of professional experience in marketing, communications, data science, or consulting.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple accounts and projects with a cross-functional team to stay on strategy, on time, on budget and aligned with client expectations.
• Leads internal status meetings and project kick-off meetings.
• Presents account and project strategy to clients in coordination with cross-functional leads.
• Grows an account portfolio through organic growth and new business opportunities.
• Supports new business efforts as requested by leadership.
