Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the employee benefits client service cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Prepare client materials and presentations for RFPs and client meetings.
• Present in renewal meetings and participate in client calls and emails.
• Maintain records in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Guide junior teammates and support the broader client service team during peak enrollment.
