Job summary

Infosys is recruiting a Client Partner for its Agri-Food Process Manufacturing vertical in the United States. The role drives client relationships, business development, and end-to-end account planning for a $30–$50MM P&L.

You will work with Senior Client Partner/Group Managers to shape the client strategy and ensure delivery governance across the engagement. Key duties include managing client interfaces, pursuing large outsourcing deals, and coordinating with delivery teams to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent with 11+ years and strong sales/relationship experience.
• Proven track record in business development and large outsourcing deals.
• Experience in Industrial/Process Manufacturing and commodities (Agribusiness, Mining, Chemical, or Food & Beverages).
• Experience engaging with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Broad IT and business consulting engagement experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead all client interfaces within assigned account scope and develop an account plan with senior leaders; manage opportunities from Prospect to Close.
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments to the client.
• Create the account plan including required relationships, opportunities to pursue, and price decisions.
