Job summary

Infosys seeks a Client Partner for its Agri-Food Process Manufacturing vertical. This leader will manage client interfaces within the account, build plans with senior leaders, and own a portfolio typically ranging from $30M to $50M in P&L.

Key duties include client relationship management, delivery governance, and strategic account planning. Role emphasizes building strong C-level relationships, leading proposals, and coordinating cross-functional delivery teams to fulfill commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 11+ years experience with strong sales/relationship/account management.
• Strong sales/relationship management experience in pursuing large outsourcing deals.
• Experience in Industrial/Process Manufacturing and Agribusiness sectors.
• Track record with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with IT and business consulting engagements.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $30-50M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships, opportunities, price decisions, etc.
