Job summary

PAYCO The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. seeks a Client Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementation projects and vendor onboarding for TCH systems, processes, and products.

You will manage timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams, circuit vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You will serve as the primary contact, facilitate meetings, communicate status, resolve issues, and drive actions to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency with XML messaging standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities, ensuring timely delivery and adoption of systems or products.
• Develop certification plans validating business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
• Provide project status reporting and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify and track issues, risks, and dependencies; drive resolution with technology teams.
• Improve processes to reduce risk and drive efficiency.
• Serve as primary client liaison during implementation and guide customers through milestones.
• Monitor implementation success and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
