Guardian Life Insurance seeks a Client Manager Associate for Premier Market to manage a focused book of business and drive retention, profitability, and growth. You will partner with brokers, producers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and renewals.

You will balance service, sales, and operational excellence, communicating renewal options and add-issue opportunities while maintaining licensure and strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience providing consultation and service to external partners and clients.
• Clear communication of renewals, plan options, pricing strategies, and recommendations.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
• Ability to evaluate experience, utilization, pricing, and plan design options.
• Knowledge of group insurance products, contracts, services, financing methodologies, and underwriting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business for groups with fewer than 100 enrolled lives focusing on retention, growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, producers, and plan holders as a trusted partner.
• Interpret and present renewal recommendations, plan options, and add-issue opportunities to brokers, producers and clients.
• Review experience and utilization reports to support retention strategies and growth opportunities.
• Proactively identify add-issue opportunities and generate quotes.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to support renewal and add-issue strategies.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales Support, Service, and Claims to deliver a seamless client experience.
