Guardian seeks a Client Manager Associate, Premier Market to manage a small- to mid-size book of business and grow client relationships within the 2-99 life segment. You will partner with brokers and internal teams to deliver renewals, add-issue opportunities, and consultative recommendations that meet clients’ benefits objectives.

• Strong relationship management with external clients, brokers, or partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; renewal strategies and pricing options.
• Analytical abilities to interpret experience reports and utilization trends.
• Working knowledge of group insurance products, contracts, and underwriting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business for groups with fewer than 100 enrolled lives.
• Build relationships with brokers, producers, and plan holders.
• Deliver renewal recommendations and add-issue quotes.
• Review experience and utilization reports to inform renewal decisions.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships with additional products.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales Support, Service, and Claims for seamless service.
