Qualifications

• Relationship management experience with external partners and clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication for renewals, pricing, and recommendations.
• Strong customer service, consultative, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills for evaluating experience, utilization, pricing, and plan design options.
• Understanding of group insurance products, contracts, services, financing methodologies, and underwriting principles.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain required industry licensing within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, producers, and plan holders.
• Communicate renewal recommendations and add-issue opportunities to brokers and clients.
• Review experience and utilization reports to support retention strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities and present plan alternatives.
• Work with underwriting, sales support, service, and claims to deliver a seamless client experience.
