Marsh McLennan Agency in Newnan, GA is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Sr. Client Manager to lead renewal analyses, client presentations, and benefit program strategy for mid-market accounts.

You will partner with carriers, design funding strategies, and manage open enrollment events. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5–7 years in health benefits, strong communication, and a Life & Health license; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and the ability to commute to our Newnan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of work-related experience in health benefits or client management
• Excellent presentation, written, and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Life & Health resident agent license required

Responsibilities

• Present in-depth renewal analyses and strategy discussions
• Participate in sales presentations and client management discussions
• Lead renewal negotiations and funding strategy discussions
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings and communications
• Prepare quarterly and annual client reviews and stewardship reports
• Develop communications with Creative department for client materials
• Assist with ACA reporting and benefits administration vendor selection
