Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic plans for accounts.
• Coordinate renewal process; present renewal proposals and supporting docs.
• Lead marketing efforts for accounts; deliver materials and ensure smooth implementation.
• Assist clients and staff with service questions related to administration, billing, and claims.
