Guardian Life Insurance is seeking a Client Manager Associate, Select Market to support renewal and growth of our group insurance business. You will partner with Sales Consultants, underwriting, producers, and internal stakeholders to deliver renewal solutions, identify additional coverage opportunities, and provide exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience supporting customers, clients, producers, or sales organizations.
• Consultative negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Partner with underwriting and sales teams to develop renewal strategies and provide plan options.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships with add-issue quotes.
• Review experience reports and renewal data, providing clear recommendations to producers and plan administrators.
• Manage delivery of renewal packages, rate information, and coverage options to producers and planholders timely.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Guardian products, systems, processes, and workflows including Salesforce, CPS, and Panorama.
