Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Client Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships, working with production staff to ensure safe, efficient service and adherence to quality standards. The role reports to the Branch Manager and focuses on renewal, retention and growth within assigned accounts.

The position requires coordinating with Sales and Operations, reviewing SLAs, and identifying opportunities for enhancements while enabling timely billing and strong client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related field.
• Travel to client locations and attend after-hours events as needed.
• Strong accountability, judgment and decision-making within established precedents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with all levels of client organizations to ensure service expectations are met.
• Develop and implement account-specific vision, strategies, and solutions; monitor profitability and growth.
• Escalate client concerns and coordinate with customer service.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and assess performance against goals.
• Identify opportunities for new business and enhancements.
• Coordinate implementation of approved work orders with production teams and ensure timely billing.
