Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Client Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring renewal, retention and profitable contracts across Virginia. You will partner with production staff to deliver safe, efficient services and to uphold company quality standards.

You will evaluate SLAs, quality and financial performance, own the client relationship, and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Must travel to/from office and client locations.
• Excellent accountability and judgment in decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally.
• Highly organized with strong follow up abilities.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Must possess and demonstrate negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with client organizations and ensures high quality service.
• Develops and implements account-specific vision, strategies, and solutions; monitors profitability and drives retention and growth.
• Acts as primary escalation point for client concerns.
• Conducts regular business reviews with clients and evaluates performance of maintenance teams.
• Identifies and presents opportunities for new business and enhancements.
• Monitors implementation of approved work orders and coordinates with teams.
• Collaborates with business development to achieve branch sales goals and generate referrals.
• Manages client transition from Sales to Operations and ensures clear communication plans.
