Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead grounds maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation operations. You will drive customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and financial performance while developing employees and coordinating with subcontractors and administration.

You will report to the Company Leader and help cultivate a safe, structured, and productive company culture across the branch, ensuring efficient communication and execution of goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of leadership in landscape operations.
• Experience managing teams and projects.
• Aspire software experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Strong scheduling and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain accountability and safety standards.
• Budgeting and vendor/sub-contractor management.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Guide branch execution of grounds maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation.
• Improve customer experience while meeting safety, quality, and financial goals.
• Develop employees and subcontractors; oversee recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders and teams.
• Manage billing, accounts payable, payroll, and subcontractor contracts.
• Maintain safety training, PPE, and compliance across the branch.
• Review audits and estimates for grounds maintenance projects.
• Monitor branch performance and budgeted margins; optimize processes.
