Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4+ years leading client intake or related operations in a law firm.
• 3+ years of research experience; Intapp and Aderant are a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and database programs.
• Experience managing high-volume intake across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Client Intake Department for timely processing of new business intake and conflicts.
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and risk management.
• Supervise intake specialists; manage workflow, assignments, and training.
• Perform conflict searches for new matters, hires, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Assistant General Counsel, conflicts attorneys, and IT/vendor teams on systems enhancements.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for attorneys and staff; mentor direct reports.
• Engage with billing to keep client/matter records accurate across systems.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in service and compliance.
