Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP in Nashville, TN seeks a strategic Client Intake Manager to lead the daily operations of the firm’s Client Intake Department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of new business intake and conflicts matters while driving operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience overseeing client intake or related operational functions within a law firm, with leadership capabilities.
• 3+ years of research experience. Experience with Intapp and Aderant is a significant plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of the firm’s Client Intake Department to ensure timely and accurate review, analysis, and processing of new business intake and conflicts.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce client intake policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Supervise client intake specialists and oversee workflow distribution and timekeeping.
• Perform conflict searches related to new business intake and hires, marketing, and special projects.
• Lead training of Client Intake Specialists and onboarding of new conflicts attorneys and lateral specialists.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to improve intake systems and processes.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and risk management.
