FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a strategic Client Intake Manager to lead the daily operations of the firm’s Client Intake Department, ensuring timely processing of new matters and conflicts with a focus on compliance and service excellence.

The ideal candidate brings strong conflicts/risk management experience, excellent communication, and a track record of mentoring teams, improving processes, and partnering with attorneys and business professionals across the firm.

Qualifications

• Oversee client intake processes across the firm to ensure timely review and processing of new business and conflicts
• Develop and enforce client intake policies and risk controls
• Supervise and develop Client Intake Specialists
• Partner with attorneys and IT for process enhancements
• Lead training for conflicts attorneys and lateral hires

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of the Client Intake Department to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests
• Develop, maintain, and enforce client intake policies and best practices
• Supervise client intake specialists and workflow distribution
• Perform conflict searches for new business intake and hires
• Collaborate with IT and outside vendors on system improvements
• Mentor staff and support onboarding of new lawyers and professionals
• Monitor performance and drive operational efficiency and compliance with risk standards
