Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard Paycor clients from single to multi-product deployments. You will lead client transitions, serve as the main contact during implementation, and ensure business requirements are met with proactive consultative input.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year in a client-facing role; implementation, project management or B2B sales a plus.
• Knowledge of human capital software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client transitions to Paycor product suite and ensure smooth conversion.
• Act as the primary client contact during implementation; escalate as needed.
• Establish strong client relationships with clear expectations and trust.
• Consult clients on best practices and system/process changes to reach milestones.
• Coordinate with non-client facing team members for accurate configuration.
• Test data and Paycor configuration; resolve discrepancies from testing/initial activity.
• Investigate issues; collaborate with leadership to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate project status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct face-to-face or web-based sessions with new users.
• Work with sales to align client expectations and provide technical support.
• Transition clients to ongoing Client Services resources post-implementation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
