Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) is seeking a client implementation manager to own and manage the full lifecycle of large and complex accounts. You will coordinate multi-team efforts, track progress, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining transparent communication with clients.

This hybrid role offers flexible work arrangements, with two onsite days per week and options for remote work.

Qualifications

• Client interaction experience is required.
• Ability to lead and collaborate at the senior level with excellent client relationship skills.
• Strong communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-through skills.
• Able to deliver presentations and facilitate meetings in a clear manner.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate and document regular client status and implementation meetings.
• Foster relationships with key contacts within accounts and participate in site visits as needed.
• Ensure effective execution of implementations with timely completion and issue resolution.
• Use implementation tracking tools to support planning, resource management, estimates, risk and audit tracking.
• Communicate status to internal stakeholders and third-party vendors; remove roadblocks.
• Proactively assess client health and collaborate to enhance the customer experience.
