Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS or equivalent
• 5–7 years in software engineering with 4+ years architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML enablement
• Expert in API management, microservices, and distributed systems architecture
• Proficient with Salesforce, FACETS, ServiceNow, Matillion, Apigee, Snowflake, and data warehousing tools

Responsibilities

• Own solution technical designs for medium-to-high complexity features
• Produce and maintain architecture artifacts (HLDs, context diagrams, sequence diagrams)
• Evaluate design trade-offs (latency vs throughput)
• Drive reference implementations and POCs
• Govern design reviews and track technical risks and decisions
• Identify and validate non-functional requirements (NFR)
• Create and enforce enterprise standards (identity, logging, API standards)
• Lead HLD/template maintenance and ensure alignment across architecture layers
• Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of critical systems
• Drive technology innovation with security, compliance, and risk management
