Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) is seeking a Client Implementation Manager to own the full lifecycle of large accounts, coordinating across internal teams and external partners. You will schedule meetings, drive timelines, manage risks, and ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years' client interaction experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate at the senior level with excellent client relationship skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple groups.

Responsabilités

• Schedule, facilitate and document regular client status and implementation meetings.
• Manage timely project completion and delivery of customer expectations.
• Use implementation tracking tools for planning, resource management, risk and audit records.
• Communicate status across internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Proactively assess client health and collaborate to improve customer experience.
• Support pre-sales feasibility assessments and present technical options.
• Help create and execute the vision for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
