Job summary

MoneyGeek is seeking a Client Partner Growth & Strategy leader to own and expand a portfolio of insurance and marketing partners. You’ll report to a co‑founder and act as the executive‑level contact for revenue retention, expansion, and performance optimization across MoneyGeek’s insurance verticals.

This role blends strategy with hands‑on execution in business development, analytics, client success, and growth, offering substantial influence and a path to scale partnerships globally.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Partnerships in relevant sectors.
• Proven seven-figure books of business and pricing/budget negotiation experience.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and drivers.
• Analytical with Power BI, Looker and client performance dashboards.
• Executive-level communication and strong presentational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the book of business with strategic relationships.
• Hit retention and growth targets through pricing, budgets, and optimization.
• Structure and negotiate deals and program tiers for ROI.
• Launch and optimize funnels, landing pages, and state expansions.
• Translate insights using BI tools to drive continuous optimization.
• Lead executive‑level QBRs and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve issues.
• Document repeatable playbooks and scale client success operations.
• Advocate for partners in product and content roadmaps.
