Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Entry-level through senior-level experience in sales, staffing, account management, or business development.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in client-facing roles.
• Prior experience in staffing or workforce solutions preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with Director, Manager, and Team Lead–level client stakeholders.
• Requisition Generation & Management: Drive directed requisitions and secure exclusive opportunities with speed and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with recruiting, delivery, and operations teams to align on client priorities and communicate requirements.
