Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of business development or full-desk recruiting experience, preferably in finance/ accounting staffing.
• Portable network is a plus for client development and referrals.
• Entrepreneurial operator with ability to work independently and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in project staffing and permanent placement at manager, director, and executive levels.
• Build internal relationships to identify referral, collaboration, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Represent the practice at events to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
