Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of outsourced accounting and advisory services for a portfolio of middle-market clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives, providing strategic accounting and financial guidance.
Drive growth through client relationship expansion, cross-selling opportunities, and new business development initiatives.
Partner with Advisory, Tax, and other service line leaders to identify and pursue opportunities within existing client relationships.
Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Oversee resource planning, team utilization, and engagement profitability.
Champion process improvements, technology adoption, and operational excellence across client engagements.
Maintain a high level of personal involvement in client service and relationship management.
