You will open doors, develop trusted client relationships, and convert market insight into revenue across tax, advisory, and digital transformation services.

Qualifications

8-12+ years in business development or full-desk recruiting, preferably in finance/accounting staffing.
Entrepreneurial operator who works independently without micromanagement.
Strong relationship builder with long-term client development focus.
Creative seller of consultative permanent placement and project-based offerings.
Strategic collaborator who earns trust with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop new staffing opportunities for manager, director, and executive roles.
Build internal relationships to identify referrals, collaborations, cross-sell.
Introduce clients to Cherry Bekaert capabilities (tax, advisory, digital transformation).
Represent Recruiting and Staffing at industry events to boost brand visibility.
Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to fulfill client needs.
Manage client agreements and support negotiation with operations.
Maintain pipeline visibility, revenue forecasts, and long-term development plans.
