Blacksmith Agency is scaling its marketing division and seeking a senior Paid Social Media Manager to own strategy, performance and client leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO. You will join sales calls, oversee internal and external specialists, and build roadmaps to drive measurable outcomes.

This is a hybrid strategic role that blends analytics, communication and execution oversight, with responsibility for client success and reporting.

Qualifications

4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, and Google Search Console.
Ability to present strategic recommendations to clients and executives.
Experience leading execution teams and ensuring deliverable quality.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance quickly.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries.
Join sales calls to validate scope, pitch recommendations and help close deals.
Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for every client.
Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
Audit campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding structures, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating priorities with the marketing project manager.
Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
