Job summary

RRD is seeking a senior leader to manage a large Phoenix-based client while guiding talent and service delivery with a strategic, consultative approach.

You will oversee operations, drive client satisfaction, and develop teams across multiple centers. The role requires strong P&L ownership, sector leadership, and business development capabilities to expand client relationships and revenues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years’ experience in a national/global customer service, outsourcing, or professional services environment with leadership.
• 5+ years in business development interfacing with senior-level client contacts; proven ability to develop relationships and win new business.
• 5+ years of P&L management responsibility; understanding how decisions impact P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manage one large Phoenix-based client account and lead a team across两个 Service Delivery Centers with revenues over $8M annually.
• Provide guidance on talent development, service delivery and client satisfaction to Account Directors and General Manager.
• Lead, develop and empower client teams, including overseeing selection, induction, development, retention and performance.
• Foster a data-driven culture of collaboration and accountability while ensuring a safe, professional work environment.
• Partner with functional teams to design and deliver saleable business solutions and lead contract negotiations.
• Establish sector platform and strategy, own P&L and EBIT delivery, and drive sector growth targets.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
