Job summary

RRD in Boston is seeking an Account Manager to lead client service operations across multiple service offerings. You will communicate a vision for service delivery, empower teams, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include ensuring contract performance, SLAs, and quality; leading talent lifecycle; and applying continuous improvement while managing budgets and client relationships.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 5 years’ experience in a customer service leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering solutions and improving contract performance.
• Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach.
• Experience delivering complex multi-service solutions for clients.
• Minimum of two years financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operation(s) to meet contract and client needs while addressing employee needs.
• Lead the client team and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to off-boarding).
• Ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and quality standards; act on corrective actions.
• Drive regular team meetings and 1:1s to align on goals and progress.
• Establish operating procedures and use Engage for client reporting and insights.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and workflow to meet targets and optimize cost.
