Job summary

Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Client Growth Specialist to support the firm’s growth initiatives by assisting Senior Client Growth Managers and Client Growth Managers in executing the strategic plan across practice groups. The role focuses on driving new business and cross-selling to existing clients within the firm.

You will coordinate with marketing, events, and design teams, prepare pitches and proposals, and analyze data to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible, related experience.
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience in a professional services role.
Strong business acumen and client-focused mindset.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

Support business development goals for assigned groups and help execute conferences, events, seminars, webinars.
Assist in preparing pitches and proposals; QC content and manage experience data.
Leverage business intelligence for research to support marketing and BD efforts.
Coordinate industry/practice relationships and sponsorship strategies.
Manage budgeting, expenses, and ROI data for practice groups.
Collaborate with Communications, PR, Events, and Design to deliver consistent messaging.
