Job summary

Market My Market is hiring a Client Experience Manager to lead a portfolio of 30-40 law firms and medical/dental practices, delivering proactive account management and long-term client relationships.

You will drive strategy, upsell opportunities, and collaborate with CSAs and the Director of Client Experience to optimize campaigns, track performance, and present insights that demonstrate value to clients while supporting renewal conversations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing SEO clients in a digital marketing setting.
• Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and renewals.
• Comfort interpreting Google Search Console data for clients.
• Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO.
• Experience communicating insights to clients clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized account strategies for client goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and secure renewals through value demonstrations.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to build trust.
• Represent Market My Market at client events and meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients and ensure timely deliverables.
